Who we are

We are a US-based independent grassroots organization that provides accurate and trusted information about fatty liver disease.

The NASH Facts Project is focused on raising disease awareness and improving health literacy among patients with fatty liver disease, their families, and medical professionals.

We plan to reach the millions of people affected by fatty liver disease through our education website NASHFacts.com, social media outreach, digital projects, and other partnerships.

 Our vision, mission, and values

“Our vision is a world where no one suffers from fatty liver disease.”

We will work tirelessly to be the authority in fatty liver disease, NAFLD, and NASH education, well known for delivering easy to understand and engaging content that empowers patients, caregivers, and medical professionals. Being experts in the field is nice, but it’s just the start of our mission. We want other experts to cite us as a source of information and we believe The NASH Facts Project will become synonymous with fatty liver disease education.

The NASH Facts Project provides valuable resources to help raise awareness of the disease and inform individuals about possible ways to manage their condition.

Our mission is to ensure widespread knowledge and understanding of fatty liver disease, NAFLD, and NASH, to reduce the incidence and improve the lives of those affected. We will do this by delivering information about innovative approaches, partnerships and action to inform, inspire, and empower.

At the heart of our organizational values, we will relentlessly strive to deliver a high level of expertise, authority, and trustworthiness.
